SHIPPING AND RETURNS

(1) Goods are shipped to the address indicated in the order form. The store will inform the customer immediately if the order form is incorrectly filled out, which prevents the shipment or may delay it.

(2) The goods are delivered by specialized courier companies: DHL or DPD and the Polish Post Office. 

(3) Delivery time in Poland is 2-4 working days, and to other countries of the European Union up to 6 working days. Shipping to other regions of the world may take longer, depending on the customs conditions of each country. Delivery time is to be counted from the first working day after placing the order.

(4) The customer is charged for delivery (shipping) costs specified in the price list of transport:

Poland - free shipping.

The European Union - 

standard shipping -  free shipping(one piece) -  free shipping(more than one)

courier - 25 € (one piece) - 35 € (more than one)

United States of America, Canada, Swizerland, Great Britain, Norway -

standard shipping -  free shipping (one piece) -  free shipping (more than one)

courier - 30 € (one piece) . - 35 € (more than one)

All other countries -

curier - 45 € (more than one).

5. for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional duties and fees may apply, which are paid by the Customer.
